Your tasks Your core tasks include individual, professional nursing and care of patients at night. You provide security on the ward and, in collaboration with the doctors on duty, can manage crises professionally. You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, support the implementation of individual nursing and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward. You orient your work according to the ward and Safewards concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary collaboration offers our patients the best possible treatment success. Your profile You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH and bring interest in the psychiatric field. You have empathy and the ability to act calmly and securely in crisis situations. Additionally, you have pleasure in meeting our patients at eye level and understanding for adults from the age of 18 for their specific problem-solving.
