For the Marketing Communication department, we are looking for a Specialist Marketing & Communication (m/f/d) employment degree 80% starting immediately. Your main tasks: * Strategic co-responsibility, further development and active implementation of the marketing and communication strategy. * Conception and elaboration of target group-specific and long-term communication and marketing concepts. * Management and implementation of measures in the area of direct, online and social media marketing as well as in sales promotion. * Creation of newsletters and social media content including channel management. * Creation of marketing instruments (product flyers, factsheets etc.) and support with the web presence. * Definition of relevant KPIs, creation of regular reportings and data-based success measurement for strategy optimization. * Close cooperation with production and sales. What we expect: * Completed further training ideally in communication/marketing as well as sound professional experience. * High affinity for digital communication (direct marketing, social media). * Excellent writing and editorial skills. * Experience in the conception and strategic management of campaigns as well as in data-based reporting (KPIs & Web Analytics). * Independent, structured way of working with clear focus and high personal responsibility. * Flawless German and good French skills in speaking and writing.
