What awaits you with us:

• You are responsible for the processing and monitoring of ocean freight shipments worldwide (FCL, LCL and crosstrade).
• The coordination and monitoring of hinterland traffic to the ports is within your area of responsibility.
• You receive customer orders and check them carefully.
• Data entry and proactive shipment monitoring are among your tasks.
• Communication with customers, agents and suppliers is also part of your area of responsibility.
• You prepare invoices for customers and partners and keep an eye on the costs and margins of the services provided.
• With your proactive approach in customer care and your focus on sustainable solutions, you make a valuable contribution to a long-term, partnership-based cooperation.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed basic commercial training and professional experience in ocean freight forwarding.
• You are an absolute team player, have a quick grasp and convince through your proactive, independent and self-reliant working style.
• You possess good communication skills, independence and demonstrate high customer orientation every day.
• You have very good command of German and English in spoken and written form, other languages (French) are an advantage.
