For our Tertianum residence in Horgen in the Zurich region, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for our Spitex team a Registered Nurse HF for internal Spitex - 100% Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (possible via mobility with CareCoach smartphone) • Participation in the implementation of the care process and management of reference care • Conducting case meetings and care reports • Close collaboration and assessment of resident situations with the person responsible for Spitex as well as the care team Your profile • Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF • Experience in long-term care and Spitex is an asset • Knowledge of interRAI-HC and CareCoach is an advantage • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
