Innov Group recruits an Accountant (M/F)

Who are we?

Innov Group, a company part of Infra Group, is active in the telecommunications, civil engineering, and energy sectors.

As part of our development and the structuring of our internal organization, we wish to integrate accounting management directly within our company.

We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous, and versatile Accountant to accompany our growth and ensure the accounting and financial monitoring of our various business departments.

Your missions

In direct collaboration with management and department heads, your responsibilities will notably include:

• Ensuring the maintenance of general and auxiliary accounting (customers and suppliers).
• Managing the recording and monitoring of customer and supplier invoices.
• Ensuring the monitoring of debtors, creditors, and collections.
• Performing bank reconciliations and participating in cash flow management.
• Ensuring the monitoring of cost accounting by department, activity, and project.
• Participating in the financial monitoring of construction sites and projects.
• Managing fixed assets and depreciation.
• Preparing VAT returns in accordance with Swiss regulations.
• Participating in periodic accounting closings and the preparation of annual accounts.
• Accompanying the transition of our accounting, currently outsourced to a fiduciary, towards internal management.
• Contributing to the implementation and improvement of accounting and administrative procedures.

Your profile

• Training in accounting, finance, or a degree deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting function in Switzerland.
• Good mastery of Swiss accounting standards and practices as well as VAT.
• Good mastery of Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent mastery of French; English and/or German are an asset.
• Autonomy, rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Analytical spirit and ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with operational teams and management.
• Spirit of initiative and interest in the improvement of internal processes.

Experience in the civil engineering, construction, telecommunications, or energy sectors would be an advantage.
