L'Hôpital d'Aubonne has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the town center, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in a single location: whether for primary care with its medical center, acute care with its recognized internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multi-site treatment and rehabilitation center, or long-term care services with its EMS and its Temporary Reception Center (CAT).

We are looking for the Hôpital d'Aubonne for a:

Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80%

In order to strengthen our Unité 4 service in Aubonne, permanent contract (CDI) as soon as possible or from November 1st.

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor in nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, CRS recognized.
• Initial experience acquired in a medicine, geriatrics, or rehabilitation service, an asset.
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating), flexibility, and proactivity.

A capacity to work continuous 12:00h shifts alternating days and nights.

• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Listening skills and interpersonal ease.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them in respect of institutional values
• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient

Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a global therapeutic project

• Work interprofessionally with the goal of quality care and in respect of a global approach to the patient
• Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the continuous improvement of practices and the good organization of the service
