Your tasks initially in order to get to know the products and manufacturing processes: Equip and operate specific assembly machines 1st level maintenance of machines Active participation on assembly lines Quality assurance Active participation in stock Replacement of the production manager in case of absence due to illness/vacation Your tasks once you have mastered the manufacturing processes: Management and organization of the entire production Control of production processes in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality specifications Optimization of production processes and implementation of efficient processes Monitoring and compliance with safety and environmental regulations Ensure optimal use of resources Responsible for continuous improvement Close cooperation with the Engineering department of the parent company located in Germany for the development and manufacture of new products Requirements ## Minimum training: Automatician CFC, electronic technician CFC or as a mechatronic technician CFC 1st successful experience in industry of 3 to 5 years minimum Technical knowledge/understanding and manual dexterity are mandatory Motivated, capable of developing, reliable and wishing to commit long-term German B2 minimum and technical English required
