What you move:

• You lead a team of 10–15 employees and motivate them to do their best every day
• You keep an eye on the order situation and ensure that the right employees are deployed in the right place
• You recognize potential, promote your employees, and specifically develop them into specialists

In daily operations, you actively pitch in and ensure smooth processes even during high workloads

• Quality controls are part of your everyday life and ensure that the goods meet our quality requirements
• You ensure order in the warehouse and pitch in where your team needs support

Why you succeed:

• You have completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ and ideally bring experience in the area of picking
• You have your forklift license in your pocket and use it safely in everyday work
• You are proficient in German – both orally and in writing
• You work reliably, precisely, and in a structured manner and quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• You remain resilient and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are flexible and adapt to different working hours
• As a team-oriented personality, you bring initial leadership experience or are eager to take on responsibility
