What you bring to succeed

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics (ideally with a specialization in accounting, banking, finance, or management control) and have previous internship experience
• You possess excellent analytical skills and are interested in understanding the banking and financial world
• You enjoy solving complex challenges in a team and are interested in innovation and transformation (including, but not limited to, data analytics)
• You are eager to learn and pursue training to become a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse
• You are fluent in French and English, German or Italian is a plus
• You are curious and courageous
