Evaluator at 60-80%

The primary mission of the OAINE is to promote autonomy, in the broad sense, of insured persons. To achieve this, we work on three levels: maintaining employment for the sick or injured person, professional reintegration through specific rehabilitation measures or, as a last resort, paying a disability pension. We are looking for our future Evaluator at 60-80% API evaluation in AVS and AI age Your tasks • Analyze the file of the insured person (adults) with a view to carrying out an API evaluation (impotence allowance) • Conduct an evaluation at the insured person's place of residence at home or in an institution • Conduct an interview with the insured person or their representative in order to define the obstacles related to their health condition • Gather and analyze the relevant elements concerning the obstacles encountered, particularly for carrying out ordinary acts of life • Write the investigation report with a view to determining the right to AI benefits Your profile: • Benefiting from training in the paramedical field or deemed equivalent • Holding a driver's license and a private vehicle (essential) • At least 5 years of professional experience • Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance (LAI an asset) • Good mastery of common computer tools • Excellent mastery of French (oral and written), other languages an asset Your skills: • Possessing very good abilities to work in a transversal manner as well as solid organizational, analytical and synthetic skills • Showing a keen interest in working for people affected by physical and/or mental health as well as in the field of social insurance • Demonstrating empathy and diplomacy • Being at ease with administrative tasks inherent to file follow-up • Knowing how to combine autonomy and team spirit • Demonstrating agility and proactivity in a professional environment in constant evolution Our advantages: • Annualization of working time and telecommuting • Kilometer compensation for professional trips • Encouragement of continuing education • Modern offices located near the train station, promoting a work and life environment focused on health and well-being • Promotion of balance between professional and private life Conditions: Entry into function: immediately or to be agreed upon Place of work: La Chaux-de-Fonds (frequent trips) The provisions relating to the law on the status of the public service of the State of Neuchâtel are applicable.
