Technical Data Management Technician (M/F) About the role You will participate in the management and reliability of technical data used by production teams. You will work in collaboration with various internal departments as well as with suppliers to ensure reliable and up-to-date information. This position will allow you to develop your knowledge of industrial processes and contribute to an important project to modernize management tools. Tasks The position focuses on the rigorous management of technical inventories and the optimization of master data to prepare for the future deployment of advanced ERP solutions. Participate in equipment inventories at different sites and at suppliers. Update and control technical data to ensure its reliability. Verify the quality of data related to items and report any inconsistencies. Contribute to the improvement of data management methods. Collaborate with Purchasing, Support, and Infrastructure teams on various projects. Participate in the preparation for the future deployment of SAP S/4HANA. Perform occasional travel to suppliers in Switzerland and France. We are looking for ES Technician training in technology, logistics, production or equivalent Proven experience in data management Advanced mastery of standard IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent mastery of French in writing and speaking Analytical capacity, autonomy and organizational rigor A plus if you possess Good knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP or SAP S/4HANA Good level of English (B2 level desired) To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: Organized and methodical.
