In the Pflegewohngruppen Buttisholz – five residential niches, 25 great residents who look forward to your cooking skills. What we wish for: Completed training as a cook/chef EFZ Additional training as a diet cook with a federal certificate of specialization Experience in community catering, ideally in the healthcare sector Independent, structured and responsible way of working Teamwork, flexibility and resilience Very good German language skills Willingness to work two weekends per month Your tasks: Preparation of balanced and seasonal meals Ensuring dietary and individual forms of nutrition Menu planning taking into account nutritional physiological requirements Shared responsibility for ordering, storage and hygiene (HACCP) Collaboration with nursing and care for optimal resident catering What we offer you: Regulated working hours in the day shift A meaningful task in a lively environment Varied activities in a modern operation A motivated team with cohesion and humor Attractive employment conditions and room for ideas Send us your application documents to the Head of Hotellerie, Jolanda Rölli, preferably electronically.
