Operations Manager

The alphabeton AG is an innovative and successfully established company in the construction industry with its headquarters in Büron LU. We develop, produce and distribute highly stressed linear load-bearing elements made of special concrete – precise, powerful and forward-looking. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a leadership-strong, entrepreneurially thinking personality as Operations Manager immediately or by agreement. Operations Manager (80 to 100%) Your main tasks are planning, controlling and monitoring of production with around 50 employees development of production processes including digitalization and automation development of new products coordinating orders in cooperation with project managers ensuring and complying with all QM guidelines (QM officer) responsible for occupational safety (SIBE) You have a basic training in the construction or construction industry. Further training as a construction manager, technician or in construction engineering/machine engineering is an advantage.
