L-EMS Les Baumettes in Renens was opened in 1984, it welcomes 111 residents across 3 units, 12 beneficiaries at the Centre d-Accueil Temporaire, 32 tenants in its protected apartments and it manages a daycare of 27 places.

La Fondation les Baumettes is opening its new establishment in Bussigny in November 2026: l-EMS La Gravernayse.

It will welcome 52 residents in individual rooms distributed over 2 support units as well as 12 people at the Centre d-Accueil Temporaire, in a modern and human setting, dedicated to geriatrics and late-life psychiatry.

We are looking for 1 December 2026 (or by agreement):

Assistant in Community Nursing and Care, Permanent Contract

Activity rate: from 70% to 80%

Main activity:

Ensure quality care and support services to residents

Support, accompany and/or supplement residents taking into account their resources and potential

Actively participate in the process of the personalized support plan of the residents by promoting multidisciplinary care. We use tools such as l-Humanitude and/or the Montessori method

Assist and/or supplement the nurse within the limits of their field of competence

Work in collaboration with other professionals to ensure the continuity and quality of support for residents

Your profile:

Be the beneficiary of a federal certificate of capacity as an Assistant in Community Nursing and Care

Interest in support related to elderly people

Demonstrate organization and pragmatism

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Autonomy and sense of responsibility

Sense of dialogue with mastery of oral and written communication in French

Mastery of IT tools for the management of support files
