In order to strengthen the team of our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a motivated, committed personnel consultant who is eager to invest themselves long-term in a permanent position (CDI).

Your tasks:

• Recruitment and selection of personnel in the construction sector
• Welcoming, following up, and supporting candidates, client companies, and our employees
• Administrative management and follow-up of temporary workers (missions, contracts, integration)
• Follow-up of employees on construction sites and maintaining a relationship of trust
• Analysis of the needs of partner companies and proposal of adapted solutions
• Development and loyalty of the client portfolio
• Prospecting and commercial development in the Vaud region
• Negotiation of permanent and temporary placement conditions
• Application and compliance with CCTs and current legislation
• Close collaboration with the team and active participation in the development of the Lausanne agency

Your profile

• Mastery of usual IT tools
• Keen interest in human relations and a strong sense of contact
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a pronounced taste for challenge
• Perfect mastery of French; any other language is an asset
• Autonomous, organized, flexible person demonstrating initiative
• Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork
• Residing in the Lausanne region
• Good knowledge of the economic fabric and local market, an asset
• Good learning ability
• CFC in the construction sector or experience in placement, an asset
• Very good interpersonal skills, comfortable with exchanges and client contact
• Driver's license indispensable
