Notary, 50 - 100 %, start date by arrangement

Your areas of responsibility

• Drafting and public authentication of contracts and resolutions
• Advising our clients in all notary areas
• Handling of executorships and inheritance divisions
• If interested, giving external presentations on the topic of estate planning
• Conducting internal continuing education
• Team-based project work

Our requirements

• Attorney patent
• Notary patent of the Canton of Luzern or in notary training with timely completion
• Interest in real estate law, inheritance law, and corporate law
• Quick comprehension
• Above-average legal knowledge
• Very good written expression
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Very high service orientation
• Strong teamwork skills
