You lead one technical employee both professionally and personally and coordinate external craft and service companies. You monitor technical facilities and electrical systems, rectify minor malfunctions yourself or organize the necessary measures. You plan maintenance work, hold budget responsibility for your area, and maintain documentation and concepts. You support events inside and outside the house – from setup to technology.
