• You lead, prioritize, and organize the activities of a team of nine specialists
• Through close guidance in everyday life as well as targeted technical support, you create the prerequisites for common success
• You translate strategic specifications into clear goals and ensure the sustainable management of team performance
• You promote the further development of your employees, strengthen their independence, and ensure the uniform application of underwriting guidelines
• You process selected underwriting dossiers and participate in technical decisions
• You work closely with the other teams of the department and are involved in cross-departmental projects

What distinguishes you:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in insurance or an equivalent education
• Sound professional experience in the field of property insurance for corporate clients as well as a pronounced understanding for the assessment and underwriting of risks
• Initial or already sound leadership experience as well as the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Native language German or French (or level C2) as well as very good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2, ideally C1) in spoken and written form.
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
