Customer Service Specialist 100% In the global belting market, the Ammega Gruppe is one of the leading providers of drive belts, conveyor belts and coatings. We are a global company with around 6000 employees in 40 different countries. At Ammeraal Beltech AG in Switzerland, we manufacture drive and flat belts and specialize in coatings and laminations. At the Rapperswil-Jona location, we employ around 65 employees. To support our Sales Team at the Rapperswil-Jona location, we are looking for a committed personality as a Customer Service Specialist with very good technical understanding, a structured way of working, a strong service mindset and enjoyment of customer contact in an international environment. Your tasks: In this varied role, you will look after our domestic customers and work closely with internal specialist departments such as purchasing, field sales and production. You will process customer inquiries and orders by telephone as well as in writing and enter them into the ERP system. In doing so, you will competently advise our customers on products, prices and delivery times. You will calculate offers, coordinate material purchasing and actively support exciting projects. As the first point of contact for your assigned customer groups, you will take responsibility for smooth processes and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. Your profile: You either have a completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and bring experience in a comparable position, or you have a technical basic training with further commercial training. Your way of working is structured, independent and solution-oriented. You handle stressful situations flexibly and calmly and always keep an overview. High customer orientation, enjoyment of communication and a good sense of priorities characterize you. Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French and English are mandatory – other languages, especially Italian, are an advantage. You are experienced in using MS-Office, and ERP knowledge completes your profile.
