September 2026, the challenge of strengthening our HR team in Basel as HR Generalist/-in 80% - 100% Your task Care and support of employees and managers in all administrative personnel matters Responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit, including contract and permit management as well as support in the processing and care of social insurance Recording and maintenance of personnel master and salary data in the ERP systems Abacus and Tocco Responsible for the care and processing of the time recording system Collaboration with authorities, insurance companies, and internal and external contacts Support in planning and organizing events and occasions Participation in HR projects and active contribution to the further development of processes, standards, and guidelines Care and support of our trainees Your requirements You have professional experience in HR administration and convince with your structured, accurate, and independent work style. You keep an overview even in hectic situations and put the service idea at the center. You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in personnel management. Knowledge of Abacus is a big plus. You also enjoy questioning existing processes, initiating improvements, and actively contributing to the further development of our HR landscape. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as spoken English skills round out your profile.
