The contribution you can make

• Contribute to shaping and further developing the internal communication of fedpol: manage existing channels and formats as well as devise and implement new ones
• Conceive, write and revise challenging texts for internal and external communication, predominantly in German, in particular speeches, interventions and external publications, as well as presenting complex content clearly and appropriately to target groups
• Write and publish contributions for digital communication channels (Intranet, website and social networks) in an appropriate manner for the recipients as well as maintaining and further developing the fedpol website
• Plan and implement communication projects and measures, such as presentations, video productions or events for staff
• Provide advice to management and organizational units on communication-related matters

What distinguishes you

• University degree in communication, media or public relations, several years of professional experience in communication, preferably in the field of corporate or institutional communication
• Excellent written expression skills and proven experience in writing and revising challenging texts
• Solid conceptual and writing skills, as well as good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, autonomous and structured working method, high psychophysical resilience, interdisciplinary approach
• Interest in political processes and security policy issues
• Excellent oral knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
