Your field of activity

• Construction and co-responsibility of the infrastructure equity portfolio (private markets) of proprietary assets within the framework of the defined investment strategy
• Identification, analysis, and selection of infrastructure funds as well as conducting due diligence
• Preparation of investment decisions, including the writing of investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee
• Continuous monitoring of the portfolio
• Maintenance and development of relationships with fund managers
• Analysis of market, sector, and portfolio trends as well as formulation of action recommendations
• Main interlocutor for the external management of the single-investor fund and support in administrative tasks
• Active participation in the development of processes, reporting, data analysis, and quantitative evaluations in portfolio management
• Support of the entire portfolio management team in analyses and projects of equity, fixed income, and multi-asset classes

Your experience

• University or university of applied sciences degree in finance
• Continuing education (completed or ongoing) in portfolio management or financial analysis (CFA, CAIA or equivalent)
• Professional experience in institutional asset management, private markets, infrastructure, private equity, or investment consulting
• Pronounced analytical skills and strong affinity for data and models
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel/VBA as well as, preferably, Python (or similar) for analysis and modeling (quantitative skills)
• Communicative personality with pleasure in exchanging with internal and external stakeholders
• Very good written and oral knowledge in German and English
