Your tasks: • Planning / dispatching of less-than-truckload, partial, and full loads in national transport • Support and advice for transport customers • Leading and supporting the drivers • Processing customer complaints • Checking expense reports of the drivers • Optimal tour planning • Ensuring communication between drivers and customers • Monitoring the applicable working time and rest period regulation (ARV1) Your requirement profile: • Very good CH geography knowledge • Several years of experience as a road transport dispatcher • Economic and solution-oriented way of thinking • Fluent German skills, good French skills • Flexible, resilient and reliable • Good IT skills Willingness for shift work and Saturday - Sunday assignments
