The Stiftung applico offers housing and working opportunities as well as outpatient services for adults with mental impairments in Deutschfreiburg.

For the housing service with integrated employment in Plaffeien, we are looking for a

Housing Specialist at 60% - 70% ##

starting in November or by arrangement.

Your profile:

• Social pedagogical or comparable training, ideally with professional experience, also suitable for motivated career starters
• Communicative, reliable, creative, flexible, capable of conflict, psychologically resilient
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake irregular work shifts and passive night watch (no split shifts)
• Interest in recovery-oriented work
• Solid PC skills as well as administrative, housekeeping and organizational skills
• Possession of a driver's license
• Willingness for professional and personal development

Your tasks as a specialist:

• You accompany the residents in a needs-oriented manner on their recovery path and support them in crisis situations.
• You promote the participation of the residents in everyday life.
• You accompany, support and promote the residents in the planning and implementation of household tasks, leisure activities and private appointments.
• You maintain contact with involved agencies and perform administrative tasks.
• You identify with the mission statement, implement the values of the institution and participate in further development.
