Plant Operator Production Frozen Products

Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, setting up and reconfiguring machines and plants for the production of frozen products
• Ensuring smooth order processing and achievement of planned productivity and quality goals incl. guiding and supervising the assigned team
• Rectifying malfunctions in cooperation with the technical department and identifying possible causes
• Compliance with and implementation of all specifications (processes, safety, hygiene and quality)

Our requirement profile:

• Completed vocational training in the food industry, training as a plant operator desirable
• Technical understanding and affinity for automated as well as computer-aided production processes
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Openness towards changes and new technologies, especially in the area of automation and digitalization
• Team player, resilient personality with willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays during the high season
