Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as in management reporting
• Analysis, reconciliation, and continuous further development of financial processes
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of financial evaluations and reportings
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects as well as finance projects
• Performance of ad-hoc analyses and business evaluations
• Active support in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as the further implementation of Swiss GAAP FER

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in the field of finance and accounting (FH, HF, or professional certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, especially in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
• High process and IT affinity as well as interest in digital financial processes
• Analytical, structured, and exact way of working
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit
