Place of work: Morges Activity rate: 80\-100% Payroll Specialist (H/F/D) Place of work: Morges Activity rate: 80\-100% Start date of activity: immediate or to be agreed Department: Commercial professions / Marketing / IT Your tasks Complete, punctual and qualitative management of salaries for a defined perimeter in several cantons (processing of monthly and hourly salaries) up to monthly closures Accompaniment and technical support of the managers of the assigned perimeter in the fields of salary administration and social insurance and labor law Management of various statements and notices of changes related to accident insurance, health insurance, pension fund, family allowances, withholding tax, etc. Execution of various tasks related to personnel administration (changes in the system, management and updating of personnel files, etc.) Management of relations with administrations, authorities and insurance companies Elaboration of various reports and statistics Realization of various calculations, in particular the costs of executing collective agreements and withholding tax (partly via ELM) Advice to employees and the HR team on salary and social insurance issues Your profile Basic commercial training completed by relevant continuing education (e.g. social insurance manager certificate or HRSE Payroll Specialist certificate) Experience of at least 2 years in salary management within a large and dynamic company; experience with collective labor agreements (CCT) is an asset Excellent ease with numbers, reliable, efficient and autonomous working method Team-oriented personality, proactive, flexible and stress-resistant Excellent knowledge of French and German Ideally, very good knowledge of the Abacus software Your future at Vebego To learn more about Vebego as an employer and the benefits you can enjoy in the future as an employee, visit "Working at Vebego".
