IT Architect (M/F) 80-100%

Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it is electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and asset management as well as IT services.

Mission :

• Analyse the existing application architecture and develop the target architecture in collaboration with the business units
• Actively participate in various projects as a solutions architect to ensure optimal coherence with the target architecture
• Define and evolve the data architecture in line with the application architecture and business needs.
• Integrate AI uses into architectural considerations, identify impacts and risks.
• Define and evolve the IT application strategy supporting current and future business needs, taking into account opportunities, risks and cost optimisation
• Maintain and evolve the architecture repository
• Ensure alignment of the IT infrastructure with the application architecture
• Develop architectural guidelines

Profile :

• Higher education HES/EPFL/University in computer science or equivalent training
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a similar position
• Good technical skills in Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform, SharePoint-)
• Skills in application architectures, with a particular focus on web applications and service-oriented architectures (API, microservices, web integration)
• Experience in application integration topics (interfaces, APIs, data exchanges, flow orchestration), with the ability to design robust and coherent solutions in a heterogeneous environment
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI, with the ability to understand its uses, architectural impacts and limitations
• A TOGAF certification as well as experience with Archi software and the Archimate language would be a plus
• Strongly client-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with proven team spirit as well as excellent analytical and synthesis skills
