Registered Nurse

These are your tasks

• Planning, management, support, documentation and evaluation of the nursing process to ensure professional basic and treatment care in compliance with nursing standards and quality guidelines
• Cooperation with the medical service and execution of medical prescriptions
• Ensuring meaningful everyday activities and activation oriented towards the possibilities, wishes and needs of the residents
• Continuous review and updating of the nursing documentation
• Administration and responsibility for medications and materials for the department
• Participation in RAI LTCF assessments
• Responsibility for a smooth workflow (daily responsibility)

• Training as a nursing professional (possibly at tertiary level)
• Proven experience in long-term care
• Ideally experience as a vocational trainer
• RAI LTCF knowledge
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Rational and independent way of working
• Confident, friendly appearance as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
• Cross-departmental thinking
