We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned client, an important player in the industrial sector, a bilingual German/French Commercial Employee.

This full-time position on a fixed contract is based in Grand-Fribourg.

Start: to be agreed -> ideally: 1st July 2026

Job Description

The German/French bilingual candidate, organized and rigorous, with a good sense of customer service who already has experience in an administrative or commercial environment or who will complete their apprenticeship this year will manage:

All administration related to Clients:

• taking, processing, managing orders and follow-up
• link with representatives
• supplier contacts
• preparation and processing of offers
• preparation of production orders
• invoicing
• contacts: telephone, email, Teams

Profile sought

The requirement for German/French bilingualism is a REAL IMPERATIVE, as the person hired will respond to requests from French-speaking Switzerland as well as the German-speaking part.

We are looking for a candidate holding a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent, with, if possible, experience in a similar position.
We are also open to apprentices who obtain their CFC this year!

The ideal candidate is motivated, committed, thoughtful, with a keen sense of customer service and very good organization.
Very good mastery of IT tools.
SAP experience = additional asset.
