What awaits you with us
As a construction site manager*, you take responsibility for your construction sites and, together with your assembly team, ensure that our projects are successfully implemented.
You realize exciting new construction and renovation projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction
You take on the technical leadership of your assembly team and are the first point of contact on the construction site
You organize and coordinate the work on site while keeping an eye on quality, deadlines, and smooth processes
You take responsibility for your projects and construction sites and receive the necessary freedom to work independently and make decisions
You work closely with our project managers and other internal and external contact persons
A varied leadership task awaits you, in which your experience, your ideas, and your organizational talent are required
What you bring
For this task, we are looking for a personality who understands their craft, enjoys taking responsibility, and maintains an overview even when a lot is happening simultaneously on the construction site.
Completed vocational training as Heizungsinstallateur/in EFZ, Sanitärinstallateur/in EFZ or an equivalent training
Several years of professional experience in the field of new construction and renovations
Joy and experience in leading teams on medium and large construction sites
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
Confident reading and understanding of plans and principle diagrams
Job-specific further training, for example as Baustellenleiter/in, Chefmonteur/in or /in, is an advantage – but not a must
In the heating specialist area, welding experience and knowledge in weld seam assessment are an advantage
Very good German skills for secure communication on the construction site
