For our good client, a leading production company in its industry, we are currently looking for a technically proficient and committed personality as Workshop Manager Automotive Industry (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Lenzburg Industry: General services Publication date: 16.07.2026 Your activities • Leadership: You actively lead, motivate and promote the entire workshop team as well as the apprentices. • Coordination: You plan the workshop orders efficiently and allocate the work optimally. • Quality: You ensure the professional, on-time execution of all repair and service work. • Technology: In case of complex diagnoses and demanding mechanical cases, you actively lend a hand yourself. • Interface: You work closely with customer service and support technical consulting. • Safety: You ensure order, cleanliness and strict compliance with occupational safety in the company. Your profile • Experience: Several years of verifiable professional experience as a workshop manager in a Swiss car garage is mandatory. • Education: Completed apprenticeship as an Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ with further training as an Automobil-Werkstattleiter (with federal diploma). • Competence: Strong diagnostic skills and sound knowledge of modern vehicle technologies (incl. e-mobility). • Personality: You are an experienced leader, strong in communication, resilient and keep an overview even in hectic times. • Driver's license: Valid driver's license category B.
