You are also responsible for an apprentice specialist in catering. Your missions Welcome and accompany our clientele with attention and kindness. Organize and supervise the smooth running of services. Supervise, motivate, and accompany the floor team and the apprentice on a daily basis. Guarantee a level of excellence in the quality of service and compliance with the house standards. Collaborate closely with the kitchen in order to offer a harmonious experience to our customers. Train and transmit your know-how in a spirit of teamwork and sharing. Be a source of proposals to continuously improve the customer experience. Responsible for beverage orders The profile we are looking for You are above all a catering enthusiast. You love human contact, teamwork, and the challenges of a dynamic service.
