The application ERP CARI is the leading specialist application of the road traffic and shipping offices in Switzerland, which is in use by 17 cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In this business unit in Morges, which consists of approximately 40 people, we develop CARI further to offer the best solutions on the market, place the expectations and needs of our customers at the center of our actions to maintain a relationship of trust, and develop a work culture that promotes personal responsibility within the team. To support the Chief Business Officer Cari in managing more than 60 annual projects in terms of quality and deadlines, we are looking for external support for: project management, project communication, concept development The assignment takes place mainly in customer projects in German-speaking Switzerland with the main locations being Zürich and St. Gallen. Depending on project requirements, occasional travel to Morges is required. Your tasks: Realize and carry out project management for various projects; Ensure that the agreed deliverables are implemented on time and in the required quality; Support in planning, coordination, documentation, and information tasks in connection with project management; Organization and execution of meetings, including preparation (e.g., creation of presentations), support (e.g., minute taking), and follow-up (e.g., sending of documents); Creation and development of various documentations, project reports, concepts, decision documents, and meeting minutes; Key components to create, prepare, and develop customer offers; Defining and ensuring internal and customer presentations and supporting the Chief Business Officer CARI in selected topics (if required) Requirements Relevant project management experience Conceptual IT systems/solutions Ability to think in networks, to communicate across companies and efficiently High quality awareness, especially regarding adherence to deadlines and reliability High flexibility and high sense of responsibility Proficient German skills in speaking and writing Knowledge of English and/or French Residence in Switzerland Experience with public administrations Advantageous experience with development projects/ERP Project duration until the end of 2027 Contact person Michael , , write E-Mail (<>) jpid67b36ecjm jit0834jm jiy26jm
