Tasks As a Project Manager Heating / Cooling, you will take on the following tasks: Planning, coordination, and implementation of projects in the field of heating and cooling. Leadership and management of interdisciplinary project teams. Creation of concepts, calculations, and tenders. Technical planning, design, and optimization of HVAC systems with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality during project execution. Advice and support of our customers throughout the entire project process. Active cooperation with clients, architects, specialist planners, and suppliers. Qualifications Ideally, you bring the following qualifications for this position: Completed basic training as Building Services Drafter EFZ with further training (e.g., HF/FH Building Services, ideally heating/cooling). Several years of experience in the planning and project management of HVAC projects. Good knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., NOVA, Revit) and common Office software. Sound knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations. High quality awareness and enjoyment of direct customer contact. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
