You will work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and increasingly take on responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio. Your main tasks: Management: You support the management of a versatile portfolio, predominantly with commercial properties, and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility. Letting: You accompany new and re-lettings, look after prospective tenants, and support the creation of contracts. Tenant support: You are in regular contact with tenants, craftsmen, service providers, and authorities. Maintenance: You support the organization and supervision of property maintenance as well as smaller renovation and renewal works. Budget & Finance: You participate in budgeting, condition assessments, as well as administrative tasks in finance and accounting. Facility Management: You support the coordination of caretakers, gardening staff, and external service providers. Your profile: Real estate training: You have training in the real estate sector, ideally as a property manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or are in corresponding further training. Experience: You bring initial professional experience in real estate management and have an interest in commercial properties.
