Specialist in Facility Management EFZ 80-90 %, (m/f/d) Your tasks • You carry out maintenance, repair, cleaning, and environmental work. • You monitor the building technology and perform minor repairs. • You plan work orders in consultation with the team management and collaborate. • You train apprentices (EBA and PrA) and support employees requiring support professionally and personally. • You participate in the further development of facility management. • You take over the deputy role of the team management if required.   Your profile • Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ. • Several years of professional experience in facility management. • Agogic experience is an advantage or you are willing to undergo further training in this area. • Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as user knowledge in Outlook, Word and Excel. • Driver's license category B and physical resilience. • You work independently, take responsibility, and meet people with patience, humor, and appreciation.
