Service Technician (m/f/d | 80% - 100%)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing and handling of customer inquiries
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction components and other systems of electric and trolleybuses at the customer's site
• Execution of repair work on the entire vehicle
• Accompanying supplier visits at the customer's site
• Diagnosis and repair of drive batteries
• Support of conversions/modifications from aftersales
• Internal communication for the continuous improvement process

Our requirements:

• Completed basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar basic training
• Vehicle knowledge of buses/commercial vehicles is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience
• Flexibility and independent working are expected and offered
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Language skills in French and English are an advantage
• Advanced PC skills
