With a holistic approach along the entire real estate lifecycle, digital solutions, and long-term customer relationships, we stand for the highest professionalism and sustainable value creation.   What you can move   • Active leading and shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over total project management and client representation in the SIA phases 11 to 31 (in area development and object planning) • Moderation of user needs, translation into a structured requirement / user program, coordination of location and variant studies, development of realization models, cost / benefit and risk assessment, as well as preparation of recommendations and decision-making bases for committees • Linking of goals, scope, budget, and deadlines with the owner strategy and controlling the projects with integration of factory planning, operations (FM), and permitability to successful realization readiness   What you bring with you   • University degree in architecture, construction, or industrial engineering or a comparable field of study • Ideally advanced training at university level, e.g., in business administration, sustainable construction, or project development • 5-8 years of experience with industrial or logistical construction projects on the planner or owner side, including renovation/refurbishment of existing buildings • Sound knowledge of the early planning phases, especially SIA sub-phases 11 (formulation of needs), 21 (feasibility study), and 31 (preliminary project) • Strong communication and moderation skills to appear as an eloquent client towards administration, the public, and internal stakeholders • Negotiation skills and assertiveness in the management of planning offices, contractors, and internal stakeholders • Recognition of conflicts of interest between production, architecture, FM, law, and costs and development of pragmatic and easily communicable solutions • Structured, independent way of working, proficient in classic project management (cost/deadlines/quality) and in handling common PM tools   About the area For our location in Thun, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility and shapes projects from the first idea to the viable preliminary project. In this position, you move confidently in the early SIA phases and act as a sparring partner for users, operations, and the owner side. You moderate needs, structure them into a clear user program, and ensure that factory planning, operations, architecture, and permitability work together from the start.
