MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POSITION ## • Needs- and customer-oriented care and management of patients in accordance with the care process and in collaboration with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team. MAIN TASKS ## • Analyze and manage specific medical-surgical emergency situations efficiently • Sort patients admitted to emergencies • Collect, analyze and synthesize all relevant clinical data • Implement immediate diagnostic and therapeutic measures in case of life-threatening emergencies • Know the etiologies and semiology of emergency pathologies • Collaborate with doctors by combining consistency, complementarity and trust • Ensure patient care safety and inform them of their rights. REQUIRED TRAINING ## • Swiss or foreign nursing diploma, approved by the Swiss Red Cross • Confirmed experience in an emergency department • Knowledge of the Swiss triage scale EST® • Have a keen sense of responsibility and great flexibility • Ease of establishing communication and collaboration between the different professionals of the institution, doctors, surgeons • Excellent stress resistance and in crisis situations PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ## • Desired experience in an acute care clinic In addition to an attractive job, you will join a dynamic team that is looking forward to welcoming you to a human-sized structure.
