Job Description

• You are responsible for the proper functioning of production machines: maintenance, adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
• You ensure the setup of the different calibers and models on the automated lines
• You guarantee the manufacture and/or maintenance of the tooling necessary for the proper running of the assembly lines
• A driver in the development and modernization of production equipment, you bring continuous improvements to the manufacturing of products and prototypes
• You are the guarantor of the quality of the final product according to technical specifications
• You participate actively in production

Profile

• You hold a CFC in polymechanic or an equivalent training

Required Skills

• Flexible and stress-resistant, you are willing to work in shift patterns (2 alternating shifts)
• You show a marked interest in new technologies and are open to training
• Autonomous and endowed with a spirit of initiative, you are rigorous and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit

Languages

• Mastery of French, German is a plus
