For our modern and patient-oriented private ward, we are looking for you as a dipl. nurse HF/FH with an additional function in vocational training. In this exciting dual function, you combine your professional competence in nursing with your passion for training -- and thus actively shape the future of the nursing profession. You care for our patients with heart and professionalism and simultaneously accompany apprentices and students on their way into everyday nursing practice. YOUR AREA OF OPERATION • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our healthcare assistants • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Care and guidance of apprentices and students <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as a dipl. nurse or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • Vocational pedagogical further training: Vocational trainer SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete this <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector <br /> OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent • Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate) • Good IT user skills • High social competence as well as strong empathy • Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional working, well-coordinated team awaits you.
