You ensure a well-maintained environment in which people feel comfortable Residenz Au Lac is a lively place centrally located in Biel, between the station and the lake. Around 110 seniors live with us in apartments as well as 50 residents in the nursing department – they are at the center of our actions. At the same time, we see ourselves as an open meeting place with diverse gastronomy, lively encounters from culture, sport and education, as well as modern seminar and event rooms – supported by around 120 dedicated employees who work here daily with competence and heart. To strengthen our team in housekeeping, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Cleaning of resident rooms, apartments and public areas of Residenz Au Lac and the new Maison de la Santé. • Carrying out maintenance, intermediate and deep cleaning. • Independent cleaning of private and holiday apartments as well as office premises. • Ensuring cleanliness, order and hygiene according to our quality standards. • Careful and responsible handling of work tools, materials and equipment. • Friendly and appreciative contact with residents, guests and employees. What you bring with you: • Several years of professional experience in cleaning. • Completed training in the field of housekeeping is an advantage. • Flexibility regarding different assignments and working hours. • Independent, reliable and structured way of working. • Warm, friendly and customer-oriented appearance as well as resilience, even in demanding situations. • Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and a positive basic attitude characterize you, as does your helpfulness in dealing with our residents and guests • Very good German or French skills as well as basic knowledge of the respective other language.
