INTEGRA Metering, headquartered in Therwil (Switzerland), looks back on a long history. Since its founding in 1928, the company has been developing, producing, and distributing state-of-the-art water and thermal energy metering systems that are used worldwide by energy and water supply organizations. Through smart meters and the use of IoT technologies, comprehensive, sustainable, and reliable solutions are created. With branches in Vevey (Switzerland), in Germany (Bremen) and Singapore (Asia), as well as a representation in Austria, INTEGRA Metering is active internationally.

For our production team of 7 people in Therwil, we are looking for a personality as

Production Manager

Your area of responsibility:

• Planning and controlling the timely production output and quality standards
• Qualitative and quantitative monitoring of production
• Organization and optimization of workflows in compliance with standards
• Calibration and adjustment of measuring devices
• Conducting training and implementation of health and safety regulations
• Establishment of meaningful production key performance indicators (e.g., OEE, scrap, delivery reliability) and data-based control of production
• Systematic analysis of existing production processes and implementation of improvement measures using methods such as Lean Manufacturing, KVP, or Six Sigma
• Observation and evaluation of modern manufacturing and process technologies, and introduction of suitable solutions for the further development of production

Your competencies:

• Completed vocational training in the technical field (Polymechanic) and further training as a team leader or a comparable leadership training
• Several years of professional experience as a Production Manager
• Experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing, KVP, or Six Sigma and knowledge of QM methods
• Knowledge in the water flow or energy metering field, as well as in automation and integration of new technologies into production
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German. French and English are an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills, communication strength, and willingness to learn
