BAR ROUGE IS LOOKING FOR AN INTERN (SOCIAL MEDIA) 50-100%

We are offering an internship position in the field of Social Media & Party Management by arrangement. About us: The Bar Rouge is a First Class Bar with a lounge on the 30th and 31st floors of the Messeturm. The lounge offers space for events with up to 350 people. While the Sky Bar attracts visitors with delicious cocktails and tasty snacks in the evenings, the location transforms into one of the most popular clubs in Switzerland on weekends from 22:00, where more than 800 people party every evening. Who we are looking for: To support our team, we are looking for a motivated, lively personality who will support our admin team for at least 6 months and take on a central role in reservation management on weekends. Your tasks: In addition to simple administrative tasks to support the communications team, this position is strongly focused on social media. • You will regularly supply our social media channels with target group-specific content that you produce creatively and independently • You should ideally have basic knowledge of video editing to edit Instagram Stories and Reels • You will manage the comments section, i.e., answer comments humorously and factually or delete them if necessary • You will be responsible for reservation management on weekends and serve as a host/hostess on site (contact person for guests, coordinated care, professional reception, and smooth process within the framework of reservations) Requirements: Most importantly, a confident and sympathetic demeanor, good manners, and a pleasure in dealing with people - partly also with guests from all over the world - are required. Therefore, stylish German and good English skills are expected. French is an advantage. You should also be organized, reliable, team-oriented, communicative, and self-motivated, and have MS Office and video cutting skills. Your working hours: Since social media does not know "regular office hours" and you are responsible for individual party labels, certain presence times are also in the evening and night hours. In particular, your presence is planned on weekends as part of reservation management and the host/hostess role.
