Intensive Care Nurse

The intensive care service of the Hôpital du Jura, located on our Delémont site, provides care for patients with critical situations requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialized care. Our multidisciplinary team works in a demanding technical environment, where reactivity, rigor, and collaboration are essential to ensure secure and quality care. To complete our team, we are looking for, for a replacement with immediate or agreed-upon entry into function, a: Intensive Care Nurse Responsibilities - Ensure comprehensive and highly specialized care for patients in critical condition. - Perform continuous clinical monitoring of vital parameters and detect any evolution of the state of health. - Ensure the management and use of monitoring and life support equipment (ventilation, perfusions, etc.). - Administer prescribed treatments and adapt care in collaboration with the responsible physician. - Participate in interdisciplinary coordination with medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams. - Ensure precise and rigorous documentation of care in the patient's file. - Contribute to the quality, safety of care, and continuous improvement of practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland. - Training in intensive care or at least 2 years of experience in intensive care (CH) or resuscitation (FR). - Excellent clinical analysis and rapid decision-making skills. - Ability to manage high-stress situations and complex care. - Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. - Mastery of the French language (oral and written).
