Currently, we are looking for one of our customers: HAUSWART (m/d/w) 100 % Your tasks: Care and maintenance of properties and technical facilities Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and inspection work Maintenance of outdoor facilities (green spaces, paths etc.) Minor repairs and handicraft work Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of buildings Contact person for tenants, customers and external service providers Your profile: Several years of professional experience as a janitor or in a similar function Handicraft skills and technical understanding Independent, reliable and structured way of working Team-oriented, flexible and resilient Good German language skills (B1) Well-groomed appearance What we can offer you: A varied activity in a dynamic company with fair conditions, great further training opportunities and an appreciative way of thinking and acting.
