To join our team and actively contribute to the harmonization and standardization of our operational processes, in a Lean Manufacturing approach using 5S and Standard Work, we are looking for an intern for a period of 6 months. An ideal internship for those who want to evolve on the ground and put into practice the tools of Lean Management. Intern in Continuous Improvement or Methods Your missions Deployment of 5S Carry out a 5S diagnosis on different stations. Identify gaps, critical points, and opportunities for improvement. Lead 5S workshops in collaboration with field teams. Design and install adapted visual supports. Accompany employees in adopting good practices. Set up monitoring through audits and pilot action plans. Creation and update of standard documents Observe workplaces to understand existing practices. Write or update standard documentation: Operating modes Work instructions (in connection with the Technical Office) Quality & Safety Checklists Harmonize practices between operators. Propose improvements in safety, quality, ergonomics, and productivity. Participation in the continuous improvement approach Contribute to the daily monitoring of production indicators. Participate in the monitoring and advancement of action plans. Profile sought Student in an engineering school, specialized in production, industrial engineering, or industrial methods. Interested in continuous improvement, optimization of manufacturing processes, and industrial organization. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen...), an asset Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of observation. Proposal force and desire to contribute to concrete solutions.
