HR Business Partner 80-100% permanent YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsibility for a defined area in the production environment along the entire HR Life Cycle; from recruiting, performance & development to compensation & benefits, through to support and offboarding Sparring partner for our managers – you advise pragmatically, at eye level, and support them in all people topics Participation in versatile HR projects, where you set impulses and design sustainable solutions Further development and optimization of our HR processes so that we continuously become more efficient Meaningful HR reporting that creates transparency and serves as a basis for decision-making for management YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE HR specialist with federal diploma or university degree Bachelor in the field of business administration (FH, university) with a focus on Human Resources At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner – ideally in an industrial environment.
