We are looking for reinforcement at the beginning of the 26/27 school year or by arrangement. Tasks ## As a school assistant, you support the lessons. You work as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning, Thursday. Together with the teaching staff, you contribute to a smooth school everyday life. You take your holidays during the school holidays.   Further tasks: • Individual accompaniment and support of students with special educational needs (ISR) in everyday school life. • Promotion of independence, self-organization, and social participation of the children. • Support in the implementation of individual promotion goals in close cooperation with the teachers and specialist agencies. • Accompaniment during lessons as well as during breaks, on excursions, and at school events. • Support in coping with learning, working, and everyday situations according to individual needs. • Promotion of social competences as well as respectful and appreciative interaction. • Observation of the child's development and passing on relevant observations to the school team. • Participation in the implementation of pedagogical and supportive measures. • Cooperation with teachers, special education teachers, therapists, and legal guardians. • Support with nursing activities or mobility, insofar as this belongs to the individual support needs. • Compliance with professional secrecy as well as school guidelines and quality standards. The school complex includes two school building wings (East and West), two pavilions, two sports halls, the playground, and a sports field. Since the 2023/24 school year, die Schule Lachenzelg has been a day school. We offer comprehensive midday care for the students.
